Tyler Moynihan
Managing Partner
Tyler is a seasoned tech executive and real estate investor. During his 12-year career as an executive at Zillow, Tyler managed corporate and business development functions, becoming an expert in the housing and rental markets.
In 2012, Tyler began applying his analytical and deal-hunting skills to successfully invest in various real estate asset classes, such as single-family homes, short-term rentals, office buildings, and multifamily apartments. Over this period, he has achieved a 27% average IRR in his personal portfolio.
Tyler's portfolio comprises 1277 rental units valued at over $350M, where he serves as both a General Partner and a Limited Partner. Tyler is a frequent writer about real estate investment strategies and started Clara Investment Group to help others investors succeed with their investing journey.
Tyler earned his bachelor's and Master of Business Administration degrees from Georgetown University, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
Lauren Moynihan
Consultant, Marketing & Investment Analysis
Lauren has worked in finance and marketing for more than 25 years. She has worked for large technology companies as well as start-ups in product marketing and finance functions. Lauren has a way with words and is a researcher and analyst at heart. Her passion is analyzing and performing due diligence on passive income investment vehicles.
Lauren earned her bachelor's at Georgetown University, and Master of Business Administration at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Lauren attained the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2003 and has long since been a passionate advocate for integrity in the investments industry.
Kevin Chow
Advisor
Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and real estate investor, with extensive experience advising high net worth individuals, building businesses, and investment management. He is the CEO and Founding Partner of World’s Best, a curated luxury marketplace serving affluent and sophisticated consumers around the globe. Prior to World’s Best, he scaled a product discovery platform to over 100,000 members within a year. He is a former JPMorgan private banker and has worked as an consultant for multiple global brands from the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
Kevin’s interest in real estate has grown over the years and sees multifamily investments as one of the best opportunities to build generational wealth and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns. He is a General Partner and/or Limited Partner on 1,000+ units with $200MM AUM. He graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics and Mathematics and is an Eagle Scout.
